Olamide Adedeji, better known by his stage name Olamide Badoo, has said something regarding the hotly debated issue of Nigerian performers neglecting to help their Ghanaian partners.
Shatta Wale went on a Twitter bluster as of late, condemning Nigerian artists for selling out the Accra Sports Stadium without their assistance.
Notwithstanding their popularity and love from Ghana, he blamed Nigerian artists for being unsupportive. His rant started shock among Nigerians and Ghanaians via web-based media.
Olamide, who was staying out of other people’s affairs on Twitter, was approached to intercede.
“Shatta Wale matter no concern you?”
- a Twitter user named ‘Femi West’ asked.
- Responding, Olamide wrote,
- “Let somebody know how you feel doesn’t hurt as much as saying nothing by any stretch of the imagination.”
In the mean time, Ghana artiste, Stonebwoy has said that despite the fact that Shatta Wale’s methodology might be off-base, his message is legitimate.
- Stonebwoy mentioned that Nigerian artists permit music from other African nations to prosper on nearby and worldwide stages in Nigeria.
“Our Nigerian siblings should consider that with their extraordinary power comes the obligation of assisting with producing a unified African front by purposely permitting music from the other African nations to thrive on Nigerian stages on neighborhood and global stages,” Stonebwoy composed on Twitter.
